WaiterBell Angle: Similar to WaiterBell, this newsletter and web site also focus on restaurant customer service. I believe that WaiterBell share the goals of companies such as 4 Remarkable Service. The WaiterBell system does not replace waitstaff training, but rather complements waitstaff training to help enhance the dining experience for the customer.
