ed note: Many web sites refer to these statistics, however I have not been able to find the original source or the date it was published. Statistics are interesting nonetheless.

WaiterBell Angle: I believe that when a restaurant installs the WaiterBell System, they are making a statement as a restaurant that the customer is important. It also empowers the customer if there is even the accidental impression of indifference on part of the employee.
